		<description>I love ackee and saltfish but have never made my own.  A friend (from Trinidad, not Jamaica funnily enough) had a tree full and I was looking forward to trying my hand at it.  Unfortunately, Earl blew every single one away.  Guess I&#039;ll have to stick to tins for now.</description>
