I love hot sauce but I never had a hot sauce like this! Eva said that she picked it up on her latest trip to SE. Asia, which instantly made it doubly OOOOO to me
From the minute I saw it’s cloudy brown colour I knew it had to have tamarind, and reading the list of ingredients showed I was right

Product Description
.
It?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s the easiest way to add Thai flavour to your food. Specially cooked from 12 ingredients, Thai Kick is a delicious flavour combination of spicy, hot, salty, and sour.
.
Thai Kick adds an authentic Tom Yum taste to all types of food making every combination exciting !
.
Ingredients
.
Fish sauce, soy sauce, tamarind, salt, vinegar, garlic, citric acid, Thai chili and selected herbs:
garlic, chili, galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaf, No MSG.
So far I have tried this sauce on meat, fish, ramen, even arepas!
It’s been a knockout everytime
It’s not fiery fiery by Trini standards (or maybe I’m not using enough?) but it adds a punch of heat and more importantly a ’sweet’ combination of flavours that complements but never overwhelms.

THis sounds good not to fiery. I dont enjoy burning my taste buds, but just enough kick to get me going. I love that picture too. You got the guy on the recliner in the background. Too funny!
that ‘guy’ is my mom
I really like this hot sauce and bought some when I was in Thailand, but now I’m out. Where can I purchase it online?
