Haahaha you can almost hear the strings in the background ent? hahhaaha I was really happy at how the sparkles were captured. Those were made in a bout of insomnia at like 3 in the morning!!!

whoa — sarinalicious they sound extremely good. i’ll take truffles over “real” food, any day. great job! love the sugar coating. did you have the discoball going when you snapped the shot to capture the light spectrum bouncing off each granule? LOL.

I love the sprinkling of sugar on the truffles. It makes them really lovely. I can’t wait to try out some of your recipes. They look fantastic. I find the black cake especially tempting. (It might have something to do with all that liquor!)
