“Love is fed by the imagination, by which we become wiser than we know, better than we feel, nobler than we are: by which we can see life as a whole, by which and by which alone we can understand others in their real and their ideal relation. Only what is fine, and finely conceived can feed love.” – Oscar Wilde

Congratulations! You’ve said YES! Now reality has probably began setting in.

Planning a wedding is no small feat and, whether you are handling the arrangements yourself, or are working with a planner, it probably seems as though there is a never-ending list of variables to consider. Location. Attire. Guests. And, often overlooked until late in the game, menu.

Although the cake may be the most visible part of your reception’s edible fare, what you provide and how it is presented will leave a long-lasting impression on your guests. Why not take an extra few hours early on to make sure that that impression is a positive one?

Food is symbolic of love when words are inadequate.” -Alan D. Wolfelt

Or that 20% of couples offer custom cocktails?

Whether you are planning on a casual afternoon buffet or a multi-course evening affair, have dietary restrictions to consider or are contemplating self-catering, over the next six weeks I’ll be sharing tips and ideas to get you ready in no time.
