They weren't too bad. But then something happened and it kept happening and I swore off cake-making. Might have something to do with the fact that cakes and most baking require sticking to instructions - can't do the assess by eye and act on a whim unless you're really really good. And I'm not :-) I won't laugh at your roti post. But I guess I could try cake making and then you won't laugh at THAT post ;-) PS You online a lot for no-internet :D when I learned about cakes in Home Ec in high school, I used to make cakes.
