Independence Day Menu 2007

31 August 2007 931 views 6 Comments

Happy Independence Day to all the Trini readers and passersby :D Hard to believe but our nation has now been free of colonial rule for 45 years! :D My menu inspiration today is the old red, white, and black.
I’ll be making:

• Sarina’s Independence Day Fettucine with Sundried Tomatoes and Olives
Independence Day portal at the National Library website.

    Happy Independence Day.

In the US, we are celebrating Labor Day.

Either way, have fun and eat some GREAT food!

Wooohooo!!! Way to go! I really like national holidays :]

BTW I spent yesterday evening playing Pirates! and it has Trinidad in it. I wonder if Trinidad is actually featured in more computer games than Hungary! Though all those WWII games might swing the dial in Hungary’s favor :O (I’m not sure that’s a good thing LOL.)
