Independence Day Menu 2007

Happy Independence Day to all the Trini readers and passersby ๐Ÿ˜€ Hard to believe but our nation has now been free of colonial rule for 45 years! ๐Ÿ˜€ My menu inspiration today is the old red, white, and black.
I’ll be making:

โ€ข Sarina’s Independence Day Fettucine with Sundried Tomatoes and Olives
โ€ข Independence Day portal at the National Library website.

Wooohooo!!! Way to go! I really like national holidays :]

BTW I spent yesterday evening playing Pirates! and it has Trinidad in it. I wonder if Trinidad is actually featured in more computer games than Hungary! Though all those WWII games might swing the dial in Hungary’s favor :O (I’m not sure that’s a good thing LOL.)
