Happy Independence Day to all the Trini readers and passersby
Hard to believe but our nation has now been free of colonial rule for 45 years!
My menu inspiration today is the old red, white, and black.
I’ll be making:
• Sarina’s Independence Day Fettucine with Sundried Tomatoes and Olives
• Patriotic Coconut Sugar CakesPics and recipes to follow soon

Happy Independence Day!
Happy Independence Day.
In the US, we are celebrating Labor Day.
Either way, have fun and eat some GREAT food!
Happy Independence Day, Sarina!
Happy Independence!
Trig, Vee, Cynthia - thanks!
Wooohooo!!! Way to go! I really like national holidays :]
BTW I spent yesterday evening playing Pirates! and it has Trinidad in it. I wonder if Trinidad is actually featured in more computer games than Hungary! Though all those WWII games might swing the dial in Hungary’s favor :O (I’m not sure that’s a good thing LOL.)
