The first time I tasted mango lasshi was from that Indian Restaurant in Shoppes of Maraval. Yum! It was addictive. Haven't had it since going raw, but it's worth trying if you ever want to explore a local non-homemade version.

Can you send some of that over by special delivery? Sitting here on my birthday with a cold and sore throat, that looks like just what I need to make me feel better. Come to think of it, I've got a tin of mango pulp in the kitchen, as well as plenty of milk, yoghurt and ice. No excuse, really. I'm off to make some.

oooh
mango lassi
mango and dairy...I had this in July in Glasgow first time ever. Surprisingly, I liked it. I don't usually like ripe mango except as ripe mango (maybe with chow).
Looks good. And welcome back to posting!
