I gave some to a few of my friends who said they tasted great and are behind my wife and I to get into the catering business.  We cook and make many Trini recipes.  However, can anyone tell us where we can get a Pastelle Press here in New York?  Your help would save me the tedious task of pressing the Pomasa between two iron Tarwas.
