Raynell and her Manager are trying very hard to improve the service, but as we all know its a hard and tedious job traning locals in proper customer ser vice. However I recienty observed that they have a completely new counter staff and they are offering a better customer service attention. The delicacies are just great, breakfast excelent, My congratulation to the entire outfit. Keep on trying and good luck.
