		<description>Hello! I found your recipe and made the mango hot sauce tonight! I used fresh pineapple instead of canned and couldn&#039;t find the scotch bonnet peppers so I substituted habeneros. Not being a big hot sauce fan I was suprised to find myself spooning it onto my quesadilla. How long will this store? What is the best way to store it since I do not know how to can properly?</description>
