I spent some time on T&T ages ago, and as a poor student back then, I lived on doubles and aloo pies. I stumbled on your website (no, I confess I was looking for aloo pie recipes), and now I MUST have aloo pies… I will give it a try for tonight’s dinner.

Just tried this recipe today. It came out awesome. I substituted the hot pepper with cayenne pepper though since I have a toddler. That worked out well I think. She loved it. Thanks

YUMMY!!

I tried this today and they came out great.
I made aloo pies in the past and they were heavy and “bready”.
I never flattened them like you suggested,also my kneaded flour was not the best.
My kneading has gotten better while racticing on bakes and with the flattened dough ,they came out great!!

Keep the recipes coming ,BTW its been a while since you last posted lol “hint hint”
