Hey fan – that is a great point! I have been trying to collect more Tobago content, and was happy to receive a cookbook the other day from a Tobagonian lady of her recipes which I will be integrating. But other than that I’ve had practically zero feedback or contributions from Tobagonian people, and I’ve asked! Unfortunately I can’t be everywhere at once, so if you have pics/writeup, feel free to let me know and I will put it up

Yeah, yall shoulda been there. There are no words to express what a great time me and hubby had. But, then we had to come back to all the snow that waited for us. hahahaha. IT WAS SURELY WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
