		<description>Chennette - i like my split peas flavour :D but i hear many people say they don&#039;t want it :( i think it has to do with vendors changing taste preferences.. cos yuh know how they up the all purpose flour ratios!!</description>

		<description>Mom always makes kachourie with ground peas, so it was always crispy and I never associated it with pholourie...until I had other people&#039;s. Her saheena too would have the bhagi and ground peas. Much more like some varieties of falafel than pholourie which to me was more like bara (the pre-doubles version).
I have had all kinds outside of home now :-) but what makes for a real kachourie as you saw, is the taste and presence of split peas more so than flour.</description>
