I did some more digging just now and found out that the study was with Coconut Water (not milk). The details are here (I haven’t had time to go through it though)

I would love to be more active, however I am one person doing this as a labour of love and sometimes life and economic/familial responsibilities mean that commenting and updating have to take the backseat. I’m sure you understand . Your original comment did not make your question clear which was why it remained unanswered. The only study that has been conducted scientifically on mauby states that when taken in combination with coconut milk it can help to lower blood pressure. Other than that, everything else is folklore.
