Vegan No-Bake Peanut Butter Fudge

No-bake fudge? I had never heard of such a thing before and was sceptical that this recipe would actually work. But it did and the final result was very satisfying!

The only thing I’m not sure of is whether the squares would stay firm at room temperature here in the tropics so I’ve kept them in the fridge. That way I don’t have anything to worry about.
If you’re looking for a quick remedy for your sweet tooth try this one out :)

I have been vegan for about 9 years now, I have never tried making my own fudge! I missed the texture and overload of sweetness. This recipe turned out amazing! I melted the peanut butter with the margarine and then added the powdered sugar VERY slowly, and whisked it to death... I didn't have any lumping problems.

    SOOOOoooo YUMMY!
  • i tried my hand at this recipe but i couldn't get quite the same results - not sure why?
