Hi Marsha, I went to Trinidad on vacation and ate bake fior breakfast which was simply out of this world. However, it was not baked in an over but in a dutch oven and I would love to have the recipe to show my family here in Georgia, USA, what they are missing. Would you please send the recipe to me? Also, there were some fried bakes which were smaller and quite nice.
