While at the Taste of T&T 2007, I was approached by a Tourism guide who was polling attendees. While sharing my thoughts on the event (which will be posted by the end of the week, G-d willing) we got to talking about local food. She told me of the Indo fair, which began last week and runs until early June, and suggested I check it out. She is not the first to share a positive reaction to the offerings there so I’m going to do my best this week to check it out. If I do get around to doing so you can bet that you’ll read all about it here
According to the press ad (shown below) the menu will change daily and entry is only $5. If you’ve attended it already why not share your thoughts?
