
I’m happy to note that TriniGourmet gets some link love in a recent piece in Condé Nast Traveler. Titled “I’m Dreaming of a Coconut Christmas” it takes a look at the Spanish influences in Trinidad’s Christmas Culture.
I was quite excited when I got the heads up from the reporter. Clearly a writer who takes his craft and journalistic integrity seriously. For the record, to date neither Lilandra nor Chennette have received any response from the Trinidad Express.on their respective copyright matters. We’ll stay on the matter tho!
