What are your favorite crockpot recipes?

I love cooking with my crockpot but I also find that many recipes in cookbooks and online are hit or miss. As a result the number of dishes that I make a second time are few and far between. If you have a favourite tried and true recipe for your slow cooker I would love to know more about it :) Either post it (or a link to it) in the comments. You can bet that I will add them all to my personal recipe database to try at a later date. Of course if I write it up I will credit you (and your site) accordingly :) I look forward to discovering some new slow-cooked creations :)

    Here’s a link to one of my favorite dishes that I make all the time in cold weather. It may not be anything special to you with all the access you have to lovely Trinidad curries, but I love it.
